Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group whose expertise is in commercial and corporate litigation and dispute resolution both at the local and international level. The team is headed by Ace Anan Ankomah who is also the Managing Partner.
Financial Services and Capital Markets Practice Group The team advises on legal and regulatory issues relating to banking, finance and capital market transactions and has developed a strong reputation for its work on high profile transactions in Ghana. The team is headed by Seth Asante.
Business and Industry Practice Group The team advises on legal and regulatory issues in the key sectors of international trade; manufacturing; agribusiness, food and beverages; health and pharmaceuticals; hotels and hospitality and education. Mrs. Rosa Kudoadzi heads the team.
Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) which advises on matters relating to information and communications technology and intellectual property. Mrs. Susan Barbara Adjorkor Kumapley is the head of this practice group.
Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPI) recently created by the firm, the team handles all matters relating to employment, labour related pension issues and immigration. Ms. Angela Gyasi heads the team.
