Established in 1930 by Maître Louis Vigouroux and later joined by Maître Charles Dogue, the law firm SCPA DOGUE-Abbé Yao & Associés (“SCPA Day & Associés”) is the oldest legal entity in the Ivory Coast. It has been the home of a number of prominent French and Ivory Coast lawyers over the years, making it the most emblematic law firm of the country.

The firm is routinely retained by foreign counsels around the globe and benefits from its membership in prestigious international networks of lawyers who have faith in its expertise and the quality of its services.

SCPA Day & Associés is composed of three partners, Abbé Yao, Seydou Zerbo and Arsène K. Dable. Abbé Yao is unanimously known as an excellent specialist in any field of law. Seydou Zerbo, as a specialist in business law, enabled the firm to reinforce its reputation in this field.

Arsène K. Dable, the youngest and most recent partner, who will certainly maintain the good reputation of the firm for years to come, served as the deputy secretary of the Ivory Coast Bar Association council from 2007 to 2009.
