Pestalozzi is an independent, multicultural and multilingual Swiss law firm dating back to 1911 with a practice focusing on Swiss commercial law and international work. It is one of the country’s largest law firms, with 25 partners and some 70 other fee earners in Zurich and Geneva. Its lawyers are capable of leading complex transactions and are team players within interdisciplinary project groups.

Pestalozzi predominantly advises and represents enterprises and also advises associations, public institutions, foundations and private individuals in economic and legal affairs with a connection to Switzerland. About half of the clients are located in Switzerland, while the remaining clientele are located all over the world and include top-ranking enterprises, as well as medium-sized and smaller companies.

Litigation and Arbitration: All types of dispute resolution in all its practice areas undertaken with particular expertise in arbitration.
