Client Involvement

Central to Lex Mundi's purpose is helping member firms to serve their clients better and enhance their working relationships with clients.  Delivering excellent client service requires a deep understanding of client needs. Lex Mundi provides many forums for exchanges with clients that focuses on raising the bar for excellence in client service and for developing best practices for working together with clients. 

One of those forums is the Lex Mundi Client Advisory Council that was formed to obtain critical feedback directly from in-house counsel in regard to the best ways to serve clients and advise Lex Mundi on its policies and projects for consideration.
