Multi-juridictional surveys:

Intellectual Property and Competition Law
This multi-jurisdictional survey is a summary of Lex Mundi member firms’ overviews about the affect of competition law on their jurisdictions’IP rights.  The IP Survey focuses on competition and antitrust rules in respect to IP license and supply/distribution agreements. The IP Survey is now available on the Lex Mundi website and can be viewed in its entirety or by individual jurisdictions.

Commercializing Intellectual Property
The multi-jurisdictional survey was drawn up by the leadership group of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and concentrates on particular aspects of commercialization and licensing to determine the degree of uniformity (or not) across members’ jurisdictions.
