	Join your Lex Mundi colleagues for the opening reception at the offices of Deacons.

	Attendees will continue networking over dinner at The Hong Kong Club (www.thehongkongclub.hk).
FRIDAY, November 13, 2009
9:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.	Registration
9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.	Welcome and Program Overview/ Participants' Self Introductions
	Robert Clark, Partner, Deacons will open the meeting and welcome participants.  Each participant will have an opportunity to make a brief introduction, describing his or her firm's Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LADR) practice, his or her own practice, types of clients and/or main clients; and the main opportunities for growth areas they see for their practice in their jurisdictions.  We will focus, in particular, on likely opportunities for cross-marketing in light of the changing economic environment.
10:15 a.m. - 11: 15 a.m.	Facilitated Marketing and Business Development Session
	Jami de Lou will facilitate a group discussion regarding the potential for marketing and business development activities for the Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LADR) Practice Group in the Asia Pacific region. Attendees will participate in small discussion groups where they will discuss possible action steps that can be taken.
11:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.	Break
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.	Report for the Discussion Groups, Action Plan and Seamless Service Discussion
	Based on factors identified during this session, Jami will work with the participants to establish a short term action plan.
12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.	Lunch
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Arbitration Presentation and Discussion

3:00 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.	Break
3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.	Practice Area Breakout Sessions
	Attendees will participate in small group facilitated practice area discussions.  For example, Chris Britton, Partner at Deacons, will lead a discussion on Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution (other groups to include Labor, Product Liability, etc.)
4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.	Closing/ Discussion Next Steps
6:30 p.m.	Dinner at Lamma Island
	Participants will meet at the offices of Deacons (at 6:30 p.m.).  From the offices, participants will travel to the harbor to take cruise (approximately 45 minutes) to Lamma Island for a traditional seafood dinner.
