A Guide to North American Arbitrators and Mediators Attorneys are often asked by their colleagues to recommend or comment on arbitrators or mediators active in their jurisdiction.  The Guide to North American Arbitrators and Mediators was conducted by members of the Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  The Guide provides a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction recommendation for arbitrators and/or mediators.  This Guide is intended only to provide recommendations for arbitrators and/or mediators in each jurisdiction. The individuals listed have not paid any consideration to be included, and this guide is published as a voluntary service at no cost to any person or firm.
