Mindi Parent joined Lex Mundi in August 2007. Her principal responsibilities include working with the Vice President to organize two Lex Mundi regional conferences as well as working with the Director of Professional Development to organize the programs for the Lex Mundi Institute and oversee the Lex Mundi Institute Alumni Program.
Prior to joining Lex Mundi, Mindi worked at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she was the Guest Care Manager responsible for the hotel’s operations along with managing the front office. Mindi also worked at the New Orleans Marriott, where she was responsible for overseeing the room blocks for conventions held at the hotel.
Mindi graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management degree with concentrations in Hotel Operations and Convention/Event Planning.
