Baird Holm LLP Hires Executive Director

(OMAHA, August 25, 2008) – Kenneth D. Burns joins Baird Holm LLP as its Executive Director, responsible for non-legal management of the Firm.  Baird Holm LLP is Lex Mundi’s member firm for Nebraska.

Kenneth D. Burns serves as the Executive Director of the Firm and a member of the Executive Committee (ex-officio). He is a Nebraska native and a graduate of Wayne State College and received his MBA from Arizona State University. Mr. Burns is a CPA with over 25 years management experience and has served in leadership positions in a variety of industries. He was previously the chief operating officer of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.

Mr. Burns’ experience includes providing leadership in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, information technology management, human resources, facilities management, risk management and operations.
