| Agribusiness (8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.) The Agribusiness Practice Group will hold an extended meeting to discuss the action plan created by the group's chair, Carlos Umaña Trujillo. Over the next year, it is the leadership's goal to create more awareness of the practice group in order to increase both networking and referrals. This meeting will also focus on identifying potential projects and discussing programs for future meetings at both Lex Mundi Conferences and at other organizations' meetings. |

| Cross-Border Transactions The Cross-Border Transactions Practice Group meeting will feature guest speaker, Mike Zellner, from Latin Trade Magazine. Mr. Zellner will give a presentation entitled "Latin America Outlook and the Emerging Multi-Latinas: How Politics, Economic Policy and M&A are Building Latin American Multi-Nationals". Participants will also hear from LexisNexis representatives Nigel Roberts and Dennis Schneider, who will update the group on their most recent publication, The European Company. A portion of the meeting will also be dedicated to discussing the group's current projects and growth strategies. |

| Diversity Committee Participants will hear about best practices in retention and promotion of minority and women attorneys from Margaret Mathews of Akerman Senterfitt based upon that firm's award winning diversity program. Participants also will take part in a roundtable discussion led by Barb Dawson to further explore how Lex Mundi's Diversity Committee can support member firms' work in the area of diversity. |

| Real Estate The Real Estate Practice Group is excited to invite to you to a presentation entitled "The Miami Beach Story: The Rise and Fall and Rise Again of the Sun and Fun Capital of the World," given by Mr. Neisen Kasdin, a lifelong Miami Beach resident. Mr. Kasdin was a leader in the revitalization of the City from the 1080s historic preservation movement to the 1990s economic development revolution through his two terms as visionary Mayor at the turn of the Millennium. |

Participants will also take part in a business meeting, including a discussion on current projects, hot topics, and future programs for the practice group. |

| Pro Bono Committee During the Pro Bono Committee meeting we will discuss the draft copy of A Guide for Pro Bono Services of Lex Mundi Member Firms, and other potential projects. |

| Telecommunications The Telecommunications Practice Group meeting will feature guest speaker, Lila Jaber, former Chair of the Florida Public Service Commission, now an attorney with the host firm Akerman Senterfitt. Ms. Jaber will provide participants with an informative update on hot issues in telecommunications, in both Florida and the United States as a whole. Participants will also take part in a business meeting, including a discussion of current projects, and hear from the group’s chair, Mark Trinchero, on the benefits of collaborating with the Government Affairs Practice Group. |

| Bank Finance and Regulation The Bank Finance and Regulation Practice Group will hold a meeting focused on practice group development, networking, hot topics and current projects. Participants will discuss ideas on how to attract more members from the North America region, and as such, they welcome the views of those members that come from jurisdictions in this region. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet your colleagues in the bank finance and regulation area. |
