About The Real Estate Survey IV Issues Relating to Commercial Leasing
This multi-jurisdictional survey on “Issues Relating to Commercial Leasing” is part IV of Lex Mundi’s Real Estate Survey Series.
“Issues Relating to Commercial Leasing” provides an overview of the important issues involved in the leasing of commercial real estate projects, including such topics as the renewal rights of lessees, the taxation of rents, the rights of lessors to restrict assignments of leases and the remedies of lessors in each jurisdiction.
The multi-part Real Estate Survey Series is being conducted by members of the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group.
