Frauke Ahnefeld joined the Bosch Group in 1992. Bosch does business through more than 300 subsidiaries and regional companies in over 60 countries, and has a workforce of around 280,000 associates worldwide. Bosch is one of the leading manufactures in automotive technology, power tools, heating technology, household appliances, and security systems.

Ms. Ahnefeld has nearly 20 years of legal experience in various fields of activity, including, but not limited to M&A, original equipment manufacturers business, and foreign trade and payment law. Recently, she developed and implemented a Preferred Supplier Program for external legal advice for the Bosch Corporate Legal Department worldwide.

Ms. Ahnefeld passed her first State Examination for Law at the Westfaelische Wilhems University in Muenster and her second State Examination for Law in Duesseldorf. Before passing the second State Examination, Ms. Ahnefeld spent part of her legal clerkship at the former law firm Rogers & Wells in New York.

Ms. Ahnefeld lives with her husband and daughter close to Stuttgart.
