Purpose:
- Help firms develop the means to attract and retain qualified attorneys, including women.
- Demonstrate an affirmative commitment to the advancement of women in the profession.
- Develop plans for making effective use of women in marketing activities and effective use of approached marketing activities when targeting women clients.
- Help women develop new business and overcome the obstacles to doing so.
- Enhance perceptions of women attorneys by building others' confidence in women attorneys both within their own firms and with outsiders, including clients, judges, opposing counsel, etc.
- Provide a forum for discussing women's issues, increasing awareness of such issues identifying problems and developing solutions.
- Showcase talents of women in various practice areas.
- Encourage and help women to become more active in Lex Mundi.
