Lex Mundi has published a new Global Practice Guide, the Lex Mundi Global Arbitration Guide.

Developed by members of the Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, the Global Arbitration Guide is an interactive tool to help in-house counsel learn more about arbitral institutions in more than 45 different jurisdictions around the world.

This complimentary guide also provides a summary of the key international arbitral institutions.  Drawing from the expertise of Lex Mundi member firms, the guide addresses the following items in each jurisdiction:

The guide’s interactive format allows users to search for and download an individual jurisdiction’s report or compare arbitral institutions from multiple jurisdictions in a side-by-side customizable report. This guide can be accessed free of charge on the Lex Mundi website.
