Lex Mundi’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve Asters as its exclusive member firm for Ukraine.
Lex Mundi’s prior member firm for Ukraine, EPAP Ukraine, merged with Asters on October 1, 2018. The combined firm, which will carry the name Asters, is Ukraine’s largest, with 27 partners and more than 140 associates. The combination substantially enhances firm wide capabilities in all practice areas. The combined firm has offices in Kyiv, Washington, D.C. and Brussels.
