• The Business and Industry sub-division combines in-depth expertise and practical experience to structure, negotiate and advise on transactions. • The Technology, Media and Telecommunications segment is industry and competency based and provides support to electronic communication service and infrastructure providers, software and hardware developers, equipment manufacturers and suppliers as well as broadcasting, advertising, publishing and digital media companies on day-to-day legal matters as well as global/international business transactions. It also advises on issues relating to the internet, e-commence, software, computers, entertainment, sports, marketing, advertising, gaming, privacy, data protection and intellectual property. It has extensive experience advising telecommunication companies in financing transactions to support their infrastructure acquisition and expansion.
• Pensions, Employment and Immigration focuses on pensions, employment & immigration and advises on a broad range of employment law issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and other transactions. It provides comprehensive advice to a wide spectrum of companies ranging from local firms to multinational corporations on general employment law matters such as the preparation of employment and separation contracts, drafting of employee handbooks, terminations, redundancies, employee share incentives, trade union consultations, non-litigation employment disputes and employment regulations.
