Rose Law Firm traces its origin to November 1, 1820, making it one of the oldest firms in the United States and the oldest firm west of the Mississippi River. It is also one of the largest firms in Arkansas.

Our history is rich with outstanding public service: six members of the firm have served as Arkansas Supreme Court Justices, seven members have served as president of the Arkansas Bar Association, one member has served as president of the American Bar Association, one as President of the National Conference of Uniform Law Commissioners, and another as president of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. One member has gone on to serve as the First Lady of the United States, a U.S. Senator, and the U.S. Secretary of State.

For almost two centuries, Rose Law Firm has been one of the most influential and trusted law firms in the South. We are proud of the high legal and ethical standards that our firm has established and the tradition of excellence we work to maintain.
