Lex Mundi invites you to join the Cross-Border Transactions Global Seminar in London February 16 and 17, 2023. The two-day seminar will take place at The Ned.
For those who are able to join us, we will kick-off the meeting with an optional welcome lunch at 12:00pm on Thursday February 16. The sessions will begin promptly at 1pm. Over the course of the two days (concluding with a closing lunch on Friday February 17), attendees will be invited to engage with sessions covering the following topics:

- Improving Board Oversight on M&A Activity
- Best Practices for Protecting Against and Managing M&A Disputes
- ESG Considerations for Private Companies and Private Investors
- Special Situations and Distressed M&A
- Navigating Antitrust Policies and Merger Reviews for Global Transactions
Thursday's sessions will conclude with a cocktail reception and dinner at The Libertine at 5:30p.m.
