You agree to use the Messaging Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Messaging Service. To use the Message Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Messaging Services, you will not:

However, by posting, uploading or submitting your Submission you are granting Lex Mundi and necessary sub-licensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission.

Privacy and personal information
All Lex Mundi trademarks are strictly owned by Lex Mundi, and nothing in these Terms can be construed to transfer ownership rights or grant any permission, license or other rights to any Lex Mundi trademark without written authorization from Lex Mundi. The names of member firms, companies and products mentioned within the Website may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Lex Mundi and govern your use of the Website (but excluding any services which Lex Mundi may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Lex Mundi in relation to the Website.
You agree that if Lex Mundi does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which Lex Mundi has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Lex Mundi’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Lex Mundi.
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the State of New York. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of the Southern District of New York and of any Federal District Court sitting in New York, New York.
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
