No. In June 2025, the Royal Government of Cambodia ("RGC"), through the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications ("MPTC"), has circulated the Draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy ("Draft AI Strategy") to relevant stakeholders for key inputs and feedback. The Draft AI Strategy aims to strengthen the existing policy framework, provide strategic guidance for sectoral AI adoption, enhance coherence within the national AI ecosystem, and facilitate inclusive multi-stakeholder engagement through clearly defined priorities and measures.

In reference to the Draft AI Strategy, it seeks to strike a balance between regulatory compliance and innovation by ensuring that measures remain proportionate.
