However, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) recently published the attached Practice Direction entitled, ‘THE USE OF GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS IN COURT PROCEEDINGS’. The CCJ is the regional judicial tribunal established to serve as the final court of appeal for participating Caribbean Community (CARICOM) member states, e.g., Barbados and Belize. At this time, the Privy Council remains as Jamaica’s final appellate court. |
