Lex Mundi has bolstered its Client Advisory Council (CAC) with the appointment of four new members from companies including Alibaba, Hexagon AB, KYOCERA, and Softbank.
Made up of senior in-house counsel from some of the world’s largest companies, Lex Mundi’s CAC provides strategic guidance to the organization on the needs of multinational companies operating in today’s demanding and constantly changing global regulatory and business environment.
Newly appointed to the advisory council are Patricia Menendez Cambo, Managing Partner and General Counsel at Softbank Latin America Fund and Opportunity Fund; Albert Liu, VP & Deputy General Counsel at Alibaba; Evan Slavitt, General Counsel at KYOCERA AVX; and Tony Zana, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Hexagon AB.
A key focus for members of the CAC in the months ahead will be to continue the development of Lex Mundi’s innovative and award-winning service delivery platform, Lex Mundi Equisphere. The platform assembles people, processes, and technology to provide one solution to complex, cross-border challenges. The CAC will continue to support global training programs and development of General Counsel insights and online resources, including Lex Mundi’s annual General Counsel Summit.

With the addition of Evan, Tony, Patty and Albert, we are further increasing the global expertise available, to assist us in finding the best ways for in-house counsel and outside counsel to work together seamlessly in a consistently evolving market for cross-border legal services.”
