However, the bills currently being processed tend to include the new Personal Data Protection Agency as the authority responsible for oversight in relation to these new matters. |

No. However, the following correspond to bills related to the use of AI that are currently being processed in Congress; nevertheless, none of them have been enacted, nor is at an advanced stage that would suggest imminent approval:
- Bulletin No. 16821-19 (consolidated with 15869-19): Regulates artificial intelligence systems — Current status: Second constitutional stage in the Senate.
- Bulletin No. 13828-19: On the protection of neurorights and mental integrity, and the development of research and neurotechnologies — Current status: Second constitutional stage in the Chamber of Deputies.
- Bulletin No. 17795-19: Regulates the creation and dissemination of realistic digital imitations of a person's image, body, or voice, generated through artificial intelligence (deepfakes) — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Chamber of Deputies.
- Bulletin No. 16021-07: Amends the Criminal Code to incorporate the use of artificial intelligence in the commission of a crime as an aggravating circumstance — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Senate.
- Bulletin No. 18119-07: Amends article 19 No. 4 of the Chilean Constitution, for the purpose of enshrining the right to the authenticity of the human being (derecho a la autenticidad del ser humano) — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Senate.
- Bulletin No. 18118-07: Amends Law No. 21.719 (Ley N° 21.719) regulating the protection and processing of personal data and creating the Personal Data Protection Agency, and another legal body indicated, regarding digital identity and synthetic representation (identidad digital y representación sintética) — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Senate.
- Bulletin No. 18117-19: Amends various legal bodies to regulate the collection and extraction of outputs generated by algorithmic systems — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Senate.
- Bulletin No. 18216-05: Bill for National Reconstruction and Economic and Social Development — Current status: First constitutional stage in the Chamber of Deputies (in committees).
